Investing in the development of your employees’ language skills is a strategic lever for performance, team cohesion and international engagement.
As a training centre certified by the Swiss Confederation, we are among the officially recognised providers eligible for cantonal and federal subsidies designed to support companies that invest in strengthening the language skills of their workforce.
Depending on the canton and the type of training, these subsidies may cover between 30% and 70% of training costs, enabling organisations to enhance their teams’ competencies while managing their training budget more effectively.
These measures form part of a broader national policy promoting continuing education, professional integration and organisational performance in Switzerland.
